Inspections are almost always required for every residential & commercial job. This is necessary because it will allow us to determine the animal issue & get to the root of the problem. Upon completion of an Inspection, you will be educated on the problem, solution & any preventative work to avoid any future issues. At that point you will make the decision if you want to move forward & schedule. Inspections consist of a full exterior and/or interior inspection & thorough examination of the roof, siding, foundation & around the entire perimeter of the home or building.
Permanent Wildlife Management Solutions
After conducting an initial Inspection, our main focus is always getting the animals out of your home/business in the most humane way, ensuring both the residence & animals' safety. Most solutions are rectified by installing a one-way device & permanently sealing up any of the areas that they can access. Including but not limited to, habitat modification, education on the animal, and how to deal with wildlife in or around your home as a homeowner.
Trapping & Wildlife Removal
Trapping and Wildlife Removal is a humane service we offer for, Raccoons, Bats, Mice, Squirrels, Flying Squirrels & a variety of other animals.
We also provide removal of dead wildlife/animals from your property.
Bird Netting
Bird Netting or Stealth Netting Installations, typically on larger structures & commercial buildings, but also in specific residential situations as well. This solution is used as a bird barrier to prevent any birds from landing, roosting or nesting in or on unwanted areas, for example loading docks or warehouses. Although these areas may be ideal & convenient nesting locations for birds, they aren't for home or building owners. The big issue with bird droppings & their nesting is they contain an assortment of mites, bed bugs & other different parasites. Their feces could likely carry a variety of diseases such as histoplasmosis, which could be detrimental to human health.

Enviromental Clean Ups
After having raccoons or bats in your attic, the remnants they leave behind could be extremely harmful to your health. During Enviromental Cleanups we sanitize & remove all contaminated building materials such as insulation, a thorough cleaning of the attic is performed, we re-insulate and repair any duct work if needed; leaving the space safe to re-enter.
annual inspections
Annual or Bi-Annual Inspections are a preventative measure done to prevent major issues in the future, to protect your home & family. They are done in the spring or fall. These times are best because they are typically, when animals are looking for nesting areas or moving in & out of hibernation & looking for a secluded space to birth & house their offspring during baby season. These annual precautions are just as important as any other home maintenance you keep up on.
This service is also great for new homeowners or homeowners selling their home to avoid issues during a real estate inspection.
